We are certified under the most demanding industry standards, including EN 1090 (Execution Classes EXC4), ISO 3834, and we manufacture pressure equipment in compliance with the European Directive PED 2014/68/EU.

We operate in highly demanding and complex markets, such as the Nuclear and Power Generation, Offshore and Maritime, Chemical and Petrochemical, Civil Construction, and Naval and Industrial Boilermaking sectors.

Yes. We offer integrated solutions covering engineering, mechanical calculation and design, 3D modeling, qualified workshop manufacturing, surface treatments (galvanizing, pickling, and painting), up to transport and mechanical assembly at the final destination (EPC).

Our industrial facilities are located in Viana do Castelo, Portugal. We have two pavilions equipped with high-tonnage overhead cranes, plate bending rolls, guillotines, laser cutting, and welding: our Headquarters (Pavilion 1) at Rua Frei Jerónimo Vahia 2 (Neiva) and our Naval Division (Pavilion 2) on Avenida Cabo Verde.

All our welders and welding procedures are fully qualified. We perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) such as visual testing (VT), magnetic particle testing (MT), penetrant testing (PT), ultrasonic testing (UT), and radiographic testing (RT) in accordance with client requirements and current international standards.

You can contact us through the form on our homepage, send an email to info@lce.pt, or call us at +351 932 465 564. Our engineering team will review your project technical specifications and requirements to submit a detailed proposal.

We process and weld a wide range of materials, including carbon steels, stainless steels, duplex and super duplex steels, aluminum alloys, and nickel alloys. We have physically segregated manufacturing areas to prevent cross-contamination of stainless steels by iron particles.

We implement a strict traceability system from the receipt of raw materials to the delivery of the final product. All profiles and welding consumables are accompanied by their respective material certificates. We perform marking and transfer (Stamping/Punching Transfer) throughout the entire production process.

Thanks to our strategic location near the highway and the Sea Port of Viana do Castelo, we can manufacture parts up to the legal transport limits by road, and with virtually no limit on size or weight by sea.

Yes. We have a highly qualified in-house engineering department, specialized in 3D modeling (SolidWorks, Tekla), fabrication drawing detailing, and structural mechanical calculation in accordance with European and American standards (Eurocodes, ASME).
